This fully furnished 3-room apartment is located on the first floor of the main building of the spacious Resort Obertraun. The layout is designed for comfort, featuring 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, perfectly accommodating up to 4 guests. One bedroom is equipped with a double bed arrangement and a television, while the second bedroom provides twin beds. The bathroom includes a shower and washbasin, and for added convenience, it houses a washing machine and dryer. A separate toilet is also located in the hall.

The heart of the home is a spacious lounge featuring a dining area and a seating area with a television. For a cozy touch, a stylish wood-burning stove allows you to enjoy the warmth of a real, crackling fire. The open-plan kitchen is outfitted with luxury appliances, including a combi-oven, dishwasher, induction hob, and microwave. Step outside onto the small balcony with garden furniture to take in a beautiful view of the Hallstättersee.
