This high-quality residence was built by the owners with great care and attention to detail, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere that guests can feel throughout their stay.

This spacious ground-floor apartment is designed for comfort and versatility, accommodating up to 6 guests. The layout features 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. One bedroom is furnished with a boxspring double bed and an additional bunk bed, while the second bedroom offers two boxspring single beds.

At the heart of the home is an open-plan living area that blends functionality with relaxation. This space includes a cosy seating area, a dining table, and a fully equipped kitchen featuring a ceramic 4-ring stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and fridge-freezer. For those seeking a peaceful moment, a fireplace adds a touch of warmth to the living room. Guests can step directly from the living area onto a sunny terrace and garden, complete with deckchairs and outdoor furniture.

Practical features for outdoor enthusiasts include a dedicated ski storage room and parking spaces located right next to the house. For your convenience, the property provides a children's bed, party games, and sunscreen.

The ski bus is located approximately 100 meters away, providing comfortable transport to the Saalbach-Hinterglemm-Leogang-Fieberbrunn ski circuit.
