Practical Info & Rules Check-in is from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM via a 4-digit key code; guests must notify the host if arriving after 8:00 PM. Check-out is at 10:00 AM. To maintain the pristine condition of the homes, smoking (including vaping and cannabis) is strictly prohibited indoors, with heavy fines for violations. Pets are not allowed. Guests are required to be fully dry before re-entering the homes from the lake. Please note that all furniture and supplies must remain in their respective homes and not be swapped between the Main House and the Cottage. The primary renter must be at least 24 years old and complete a pre-arrival form and rental agreement upon booking.
