1.OCCUPANCY LIMIT The city of Oceanside has an occupancy limit, which we also honor. For a 1-bedroom unit, the max occupancy is 4 persons. If found in violation of occupancy the fine issued is $100/day.

2.FRONT AND GARAGE GATE ACCESS The front and garage gates shall be kept closed and locked at all times so that owners and guests can maintain as much security as possible. Both gates are controlled by your controller. When entering or exiting the garage, please make sure that the garage door closes properly before leaving the area. This helps to prevent unauthorized people or vehicles from entering the property.

3. NO SMOKING! There is no smoking allowed in any of our condos whether on the balcony or inside. Violation is subject to $500 charge on your security deposit.

4. DECK & PATIO RESRICTIONS No Owner or other Occupant may place, store or otherwise keep any tool, bicycle, toy, surfboard, or other goods or materials of any kind on any Exclusive Use Area deck or patio. In no event may any barbecue of any kind ever be allowed on any Exclusive Use Area deck or patio. Additionally, no Owner or other Occupant shall install or place any tile, rug, carpet, artificial turf or other material on the deck or patio floor. In no event may any outdoor shades, screens or clothesline be installed or placed on a deck or patio, and no towel, clothing or other item may be draped over the deck or patio railing (or fence, it any) at any time.

• Further, no Owner or other Occupant shall place any plant on top of, or affix any plant to, any wall which is part of the Condominium Building or any deck or patio railing. Any potted plant placed on the floor within an Owner’s Exclusive Use Area deck or patio shall have a saucer or similar water catching device underneath to prevent water from pooling on the floor.
• No play equipment of any kind (including, but not limited to, portable basketball equipment, etc.) is permitted anywhere within the Parking Structure. Bicycles and skateboards may be used on the adjacent public streets subject to City regulations, but except for ingress and egress to the development, may not be used within the Development. -Bicycles, mopeds, skateboards, scooters, roller skates, roller blades and self-propelled kiddy toys, etc. shall not be used or stored in outside common areas, including stairwells and landscaped areas.
• Trash, cigarettes (butts and all), litter, etc. shall not be deposited in the common areas including, but not limited to, individual entries, staircases, catwalks, etc.

5. GARBAGE Trash will go either into the chutes located at various locations in the complex or the trash room located in the garage areas. No flammable items, i.e. used briquettes, oil, fuels or fuel containers, etc. No potentially dangerous items in chutes or trash areas. Keep trash chute areas clean and free of debris. There is a chute room in every floor.

6. BARBECUE AND FIRE SAFETY No exterior fires (including, without limitation, barbecues) are permitted anywhere within the Development, except the common gas barbeques were originally installed by the Association Property.

7. RESPECT YOUR NEIGHBORS Quiet Enjoyment. No Owner or other Occupant shall permit or suffer any activity to be performed or any substance or material to be kept in his Condominium Unit which will obstruct or interfere with the rights of quiet enjoyment of the other Owners or annoy them by unreasonable light glare, noises.drums or other loud instruments, horns, whistles, bells or other similar sound devices (other than alarms used exclusively for security purposes), no noisy or smoky vehicles, or electronic equipment which may unreasonably interfere with the television or radio reception from any Condominium shall be located, used or placed on any portion of the Development, or exposed to the view of other Owners.

8. NO PETS Absolutely no pets are allowed inside the unit. If evidence of pets is found a $500 fine will be charged.

Please note that you as guests are responsible for the cost of any fines, citations, and lost or damaged items incurred during your stay. If we find any items missing or damaged or any citations issued to the unit, the credit card on file will be charged automatically after your stay to cover these costs.
