Two of these bedrooms boast ocean views and direct patio access, while the third is thoughtfully arranged with two sets of bunk beds, making it an ideal setup for families or groups. A spacious living room with spectacular views flows seamlessly into the dining area and kitchen, providing an inviting hub for gathering.

For those seeking added privacy, the Separate Quarters are located just behind the main house. This private area includes 2 additional bedrooms and 1 bathroom, featuring one king-size bed and another room with two full-size beds. In total, the home offers 5 bedrooms and 5 beds, comfortably accommodating up to 12 guests.

While the home is rich in character, it is also fully equipped for a modern stay. The kitchen includes a dishwasher, coffee maker, blender, toaster, and microwave. Guests can enjoy central heating and cooling, satellite TV, and a DVD player. The outdoor experience is highlighted by a large front deck complete with patio furniture and a barbecue, perfect for entertaining or relaxing under the stars with sweeping ocean vistas.

• No pets permitted
• No smoking inside the property
• Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM
• Guests are asked to conserve water and dispose of trash properly
• Please turn off lights and lock up when leaving the property
• Keys must be returned to the property manager's office
• Minimum stay requirements apply: 2 nights during the week; 3 nights on weekends in March, April, May, and October, as well as all holidays
