Treating Our Home with Care We take pride in offering our guests a comfortable and well-maintained vacation rental. To ensure everyone enjoys their stay, we ask that you treat our home with the same care and respect as you would your own.

Additionally, please do not rearrange furniture. This helps us keep the home organized and ready for the next guests.Unauthorized late check-out

Cancellation Policy: Please note the Cancellation policy listed in the Renter Agreement. Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay may be liable for the full cost of the initial reservation depending on the proximity of the request date and booking date. Early departure does not warrant any refund of rent or deposit. There will be no refunds or compensation for uncontrollable power outages, weather conditions or natural disasters, work or personal emergencies. Optional travel insurance is available. In the event, a guest breaks the terms & conditions of the rental contract, the manager has the right to shorten the length of stay of the reservation or evict the guest, if deemed necessary. Travel Insurance is encouraged.

Maximum Occupancy Under no circumstances may more than [MaximumOccupancy] people occupy the home without prior approval of the property manager. Additional overnight guests, with approval, will be assessed a $25 per person, per night fee.

No Smoking No smoking is allowed on the premises. If smoking does occur on the premises, Guest may be evicted and is financially responsible for all damage caused by the smoking including, but not limited to, stains, burns and the cost of odor remediation and removal and replacement of damaged property.

No Pets Pets Not Allowed Pets are not permitted onsite. Violation of this policy will result in immediate eviction without compensation and a $500.00 fee will be charged to the credit card on file.

No Glitter Policy To ensure the cleanliness and comfort of our vacation rental for all guests, we have implemented a strict No Glitter Policy. Glitter is difficult to clean and can cause damage to furniture, fabrics, and surfaces.

If glitter is found, a cleaning fee will be charged to cover the cost of removal and any necessary repairs. The fee amount will be determined based on the extent of cleaning required.

Pets and Wildlife Pets Allowed Dawn and dusk are the best viewing times for wildlife in the surrounding area. Elk, deer, wild turkey, raccoons, squirrels, rabbits, wild horses, skunks, and coyotes frequent the neighborhood. There have also been sightings of mountain lions and bears so if you have a small pet, please keep them safe and preferably indoors during these times. Please do not attempt to feed any wild animals and please remember to keep a safe distance!

When outdoors, please always keep pets on a leash. Many have lost their furry family members as a result of chasing wildlife into the woods. Please be sure to pick up any waste left by your pet to avoid any loss of your deposit. This helps us to keep our cabin pet-friendly!

Noise and Neighbors As a courtesy to your neighbors, please minimize loud conversation, music, and general noise, especially after 9:00 pm. Please observe quiet hours from 10 p.m. to 7 a.m. Due to neighborhood restrictions, parties or special events are not allowed in this home. Disregarding this rule will result in immediate eviction and no refunds of any kind.

OHV Please observe all OHV safety laws. Helmets are required for anyone under 18 years old and a valid driver’s license is required to operate any ATV.

Fee Schedule: The following charges may be applied to the card on file, in addition to any actual repair, replacement, or restoration costs. Amounts are minimums and are not a limit on Guest’s liability:

The Property has a maximum occupancy limit; exceeding it may result in the charges above and/or removal. Please keep the Group within the permitted guest count to avoid additional charges.
