The upper level hosts a primary suite with a king-sized bed, indoor fireplace, dedicated workspace, and deck access, alongside a fourth bedroom with a full-over-full bunk bed. Both levels include full bathrooms equipped with curbless, walk-in showers. Each bedroom is outfitted with a Smart TV, full-length mirror, and blackout curtains for maximum relaxation.

Indoor and outdoor living are seamlessly integrated. The chef's kitchen is fully stocked with high-end stainless appliances, a large island with high seating, and a Keurig coffee maker. The living room offers a plush sofa and a 75" Smart TV framed by expansive windows. Outside, the property is a paradise for relaxation and play, featuring a private saltwater pool and hot tub, a firepit, and a BBQ grill.
