Guest Access and Policies: Guests enjoy full access to the home, with the exception of the kitchen pantry and master bedroom closet, which are reserved for personal storage.

Check-in is from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM, and check-out is by 11:00 AM. Please be mindful that late departures are subject to a fine of $35 for every 15 minutes. A refundable security deposit will be placed on your card three days prior to arrival and released following a property inspection after your stay.

Important Rules and Restrictions:

• Pets are welcome with an additional fee; please ensure they are included in your reservation.
• No parties are permitted on the premises.
• Fires are strictly prohibited outside of designated areas.
• All guests occupying the home must be accounted for in the official reservation.
• Street parking is unavailable from October 1st through May 1st.
• For stays exceeding 4 weeks, snow removal services are available at an additional cost.
• The host is not responsible for personal items left behind; items can be mailed back for the cost of shipping plus a $75 flat rate fee.
