Please note that parking is limited to 1 car maximum; street parking is very limited, so carpooling is encouraged. To maintain the home's comfort, no outside shoes are permitted indoors. Smoking, events, and parties are strictly prohibited. For security and community standards, the property utilizes NoiseAware technology and exterior security cameras.

Pet Policy: Dogs are welcome with prior approval! There is a $100 non-refundable fee per pet, per stay. We allow a maximum of 2 dogs (no cats or puppies under 1 year). Please provide your pet's breed, age, and weight when booking. Guests are asked to pick up after their pets using provided bags.

Additional Details: An extra guest fee of $50 per person, per night applies after 6 guests. A security deposit of $500 is required for stays of 30 nights or more. Guests have access to the entire home, excluding a few locked closets and cabinets.
