Change request or modifications to original reservation will not be accepted if check in date is less than 14 days away. AC units cannot be turned below 67 degrees as this will cause severe damage and frozen coils in Texas heat. Violation of this will result in a cancelled stay with no refund as well as charges for any damages to the AC unit. **Please do note that we do not allow cancellations after arrival based on the perception of the area being busy or any external factor. For bookings of 29 days or longer, a separate rental agreement by Presana homes and valid government-issued ID will be required.

This is to confirm compliance with our house rules, including age requirements for the property. Failure to complete this step may result in delayed or denied check-in. Oversized Vehicle & Hookup Policy: Parking of RVs, trailers, or any vehicle larger than a standard-size pickup truck is strictly prohibited without prior written permission from the host. Additionally, electrical and water hookups are not permitted at any of our properties under any circumstances. Violation of this policy will result in immediate cancellation of the reservation without refund. No parties, events, gathering or outside visitors at the property. Unapproved gatherings, events, or parties will result in immediate eviction without a refund of any sort and/or police enforcement and criminal charges. Tampering with or disabling any property systems or equipment is strictly prohibited. This includes thermostats, WiFi/internet equipment, modems, routers, smart home devices, and all exterior security cameras. Guests may not unplug, cover, disconnect, reset, relocate, or otherwise interfere with these systems at any time. Any tampering or unauthorized modifications may result in immediate termination of the reservation without refund if not remedied immediately upon notice.
