AC units cannot be turned below 67 degrees as this will cause severe damage and frozen coils in Texas heat. Additionally, electrical and water hookups are not permitted at any of our properties under any circumstances. Violation of this policy will result in immediate cancellation of the reservation without refund. No parties, events, gathering or outside visitors at the property. Unapproved gatherings, events, or parties will result in immediate eviction without a refund of any sort and/or police enforcement and criminal charges. Tampering with or disabling any property systems or equipment is strictly prohibited. This includes thermostats, WiFi/internet equipment, modems, routers, smart home devices, and all exterior security cameras. Guests may not unplug, cover, disconnect, reset, relocate, or otherwise interfere with these systems at any time. Any tampering or unauthorized modifications may result in immediate termination of the reservation without refund if not remedied immediately upon notice.
