The open floor plan includes a beautiful kitchen with marble countertops, stainless-steel appliances, a butcher sink, and a 6-burner gas stove, adjacent to a dining area that seats eight.

The upper level offers a scenic loft with two single beds and lake views, alongside a second bedroom with a king size bed and its own private balcony. The lower level is an entertainer's dream, boasting a comprehensive wet bar with an "ice box," dishwasher, and ice maker, as well as a living area with an arcade game and a 6-7 seat sectional. This level includes another king bedroom and a room with queen sized bunk beds, both offering deck access and lake views.

Additional guest space is found in a separate apartment above the garage, which provides a private entrance, two queen size beds, and a private bathroom. For recreation, the garage has been converted into a game room equipped with foosball, table tennis, air hockey, and a pub table.
