Discover a piece of history at The Hilltop Dome, an area icon and true architectural gem located in Windermere, British Columbia. This unique retreat features design elements tributing the 70s era and offers astounding mountain and lake views that create a perfect backdrop for core memories.

Designed for comfort and style, the home features 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, accommodating up to 6 guests. The sleeping arrangements are thoughtfully curated: the primary bedroom is a loft-style space with a queen bed, ceiling fan, and portable fan (please note this area does not have a wall or door). The second upstairs bedroom includes a queen bed, a toddler bed, and a portable fan. Downstairs, the third bedroom offers a twin-over-twin bunk bed and a portable fan.

Entertainment is plentiful with two distinct living areas. The main floor features a Smart TV, sound system, and a Playstation, while the downstairs living room provides another Smart TV, board games, and a Sega Genesis. The full kitchen is stocked for a home-away-from-home experience with a fridge, freezer, stove, oven, microwave, toaster, and a variety of coffee makers including Drip, Keurig, and French Press. Please note there is no dishwasher.

Outdoor living is a highlight of the property. Guests can enjoy slow mornings on the balcony taking in the Purcell mountain range or relax on the ground-level patio with a BBQ. The backyard features a stunning fire pit area for late-night stargazing and plenty of room for children to roam, though the yard is not fenced.

Nestled between the Rocky and Purcell Mountain ranges, the property is a short stroll or 3-minute drive to the private Baltac beach area and Lake Windermere for swimming, paddling, or winter skating. Nearby attractions include the Invermere Farmer’s Market, the world-record-holding Whiteway skating trail, and the rejuvenating Radium Hot Springs.
