This unique offering consists of two side-by-side condos within the Summit Lodge of Panorama Mountain Resort's upper village, providing an ideal and spacious layout for larger groups or families seeking a high-end alpine experience.

Designed for comfort and versatility, the property features 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, accommodating up to 10 guests. The sleeping arrangements are curated for a peaceful night's rest, including one bedroom with a king bed and ensuite bathroom, a second bedroom with a queen bed, and a third bedroom/studio with a queen bed. For additional flexibility, each of the two living areas includes a queen-sized pull-out sofa bed. Every bedroom is thoughtfully appointed with high-quality linens, ceiling fans, and room-darkening blackout curtains.

Guests will find the space perfectly equipped for group living, featuring two full kitchens and three full bathrooms, each stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and a hair dryer. The living areas are designed for relaxation, each boasting a smart TV, a cozy gas fireplace, and a selection of board games. Step outside onto the two private patios to enjoy outdoor seating and glorious mountain views.

Situated in the heart of the Upper Village, you are just steps away from the Mile 1 Express Chairlift, various dining hubs, and shopping. The Springs pools, hot tubs, and sauna are only a two-minute walk from your front door, making it easy to transition from the slopes to total relaxation.

Practical details for your stay include a check-in time of 4:00 PM and check-out by 10:00 AM. Parking is available in the first-come-first-serve underground parkade, with overflow parking located at the nearby Conference Centre. To ensure a peaceful environment, quiet hours are strictly observed between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM via a noise monitor. Please note that pets are not allowed, and smoking (including vaping) is prohibited on the property, with a $300 fee for odor removal. Parties and events are not permitted, and occupancy is limited to 10 guests. A starter supply of consumables is provided, though refills are not available during the stay. Guests must provide government-issued photo ID and sign a rental usage agreement prior to arrival.
