The space
Escape to an exceptional retreat in West Palm Beach, where comfort and elegance converge in the heart of historic Flamingo Park. This beautifully remodeled home offers a stunning main house and a private guest cottage, making it the perfect destination for families, friends, or colleagues seeking relaxation and refinement. Sleeps up to 12 guests.

Getting around town is a breeze: The home is 3.5 blocks from the water and < 1 mile from the Square and Downtown West Palm Beach. Just a 5 - 8 minute drive to the stunning Palm Beach beaches! Take a leisurely 15-minute bike rental to the sand of Palm Beach and Worth Ave. Alternatively, use the convenient on-demand Free Circuit shuttle app to cruise around Palm Beach and West Palm.

The Main House features three well-appointed bedrooms. The primary suite offers a king bed with serene pool views and a Smart TV for cozy nights in. A second bedroom provides a plush queen bed, also with a Smart TV and generous closet space. The third bedroom, designed with versatility in mind, includes two twin beds ideal for children or additional guests, each with their own access to entertainment on the Smart TV. The living room is a haven of relaxation, with comfortable seating around a decorative fireplace, perfect for unwinding with a book or board games.

For dining, enjoy a sophisticated meal at the elegant dining table for six, or gather for casual bites at the kitchen counter with barstools. Outside, an expansive dining area for eight beneath a shade sail and string lights creates a magical ambiance for al fresco meals. The fully stocked kitchen caters to every culinary need, from the gas-range stove to the blender and coffee maker, offering service for twelve. There’s even a cozy sunroom or den, equipped with a sleeper sofa (sleeps 2), a desk, printer, games, free weights, and a yoga mat, all with stunning views of the pool deck.

Guests have access to the entire house, and the guest cottage.

Other things to note
AC Usage Guidelines:

1. Do not set the AC unit below 68°F to avoid the risk of it freezing over.
2. Please ensure all windows, doors, and sliders remain closed while the air conditioner is in use to prevent the unit from freezing over.
3. Ideally, set the AC to 72°F or higher when leaving the home to maintain efficiency and protect the unit from potential issues.

Important Things to Note:
- Upon booking, we require a copy of the booking guest’s driver’s license and a signed rental agreement.
- Minimum booking age: 21 years old.
- Pre-approved dog guests (under 50 lbs) are welcome with a non-refundable fee of $150.
- Long-term renters are welcome with a discount!
-The property comfortably accommodates up to 12 guests. Please note, however, that a fee of $50 per night applies for each guest after the 8th.

Please note that the pool heating is available upon request. We require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice to bring the water to the ideal temperature before your arrival. Kindly submit your request through the booking platform.
