Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM, with flexible timing available upon request. Please note that pets are not allowed and guests must respect curfew hours and avoid loud noises. The Jacuzzi is not for guest use. For stays of 20 nights or longer, a mandatory mid-stay cleaning fee applies. To prevent animals from scattering waste, guests must dispose of trash daily in the designated outdoor bin, ensuring it is properly closed and secured with the provided strap and lock. A $300 MXN fee may be charged if garbage is left unsecured.
