The sleeping arrangements include three luxurious bedrooms with King-sized beds and ensuite bathrooms—two of which boast expansive windows and one featuring a dedicated workspace. For additional guests, the fourth bedroom offers two Twin-over-Queen bunk beds with a cozy nook, while the lower-level fifth bedroom provides two Twin-sized bunk beds and beanbags for a casual vibe.

This retreat is built for entertainment and wellness. The open floor concept seamlessly connects the chef's kitchen—complete with high-end appliances, a large island, and a Cuisinart coffee maker—to the living room and game room. The game room is a highlight, featuring a selection of arcade games, skee ball, and a wet bar with a beverage fridge. • Note: The boat lift is not for guest use. Outdoor furniture, cushions, and lake access (kayaks) are offered seasonally.
• Security: One security camera is located at the front door to monitor the cleaning team.
• Verification: Primary guests must complete a screening process within 48 hours of booking and sign a Rental Agreement. A non-refundable $55 damage waiver is included in the booking.
