The sleeping arrangements include a luxurious master bedroom with a King size bed and an ensuite bathroom featuring a walk-in shower, as well as a second ensuite King bedroom. The third bedroom is a twin, though these beds can be merged into a king upon request. Every room is outfitted with crisp, white linens and plush bedding to ensure a restful night. A family bathroom with a bathtub is also available via the hallway.

The ground floor offers a calming and welcoming living room with warm tones, carpeted flooring, and a traditional cottage feel. This cozy space includes a large Smart TV and a wood-only log burner for guests to use (please bring your own logs). The home also boasts a beautiful shaker style kitchen in navy blue, fully equipped for self-catering, and a dining area with a modern wooden table and six comfy velvet chairs. For those wanting to stay active, there is a dedicated gym room with various equipment, which we ask guests use during reasonable hours as it is attached to the neighboring property.

Outside, you will find a sizeable grassed area with mature hedges, trees, and a generously sized patio with a private seating area. Please note the garden perimeter is a traditional Lake District style stone wall, which may be low enough for larger dogs to jump over if unattended.

Newton-in-Cartmel is a quaint and charming village exuding tranquility. You are perfectly positioned to explore the parish church of St. James and the 12th-century Cartmel Priory. Food lovers will be spoiled by the popular Yew Tree Barn located at the rear of the property, and the Michelin Star restaurant 'Heft' is just an 8-minute walk away.
