For additional guests, the homely living area is equipped with a sofa bed, allowing the apartment to accommodate up to 4 guests in total. Both the bedroom and the living room are fitted with large Smart TVs for your entertainment. The open kitchen area is fully equipped with a microwave, kettle, oven, and a Nespresso coffee machine with a milk frother. The bathroom provides a standard sized bath with a shower over the bath, a toilet, and a basin. To ensure a peaceful stay, double glazed windows have been installed to reduce street noise.

Located in the historic Georgian Quarter, you are surrounded by some of the most outstanding architecture in Liverpool, featuring scenic buildings and original cobbled streets. A short stroll leads you to Hope Street and the city centre, where you will find an abundance of lovely restaurants, cafes, theatres, and concert venues. Guests can easily visit the historic Liverpool Cathedrals, The Philharmonic Hall, or the vibrant Baltic Market. For a moment of tranquillity, the greenery of Falkner Square Gardens is just a short walk away. Transport is convenient, with bus stops on Falkner Street and Back Canning Street only 3 minutes away, and a 20-minute walk to Liverpool Lime Street and Liverpool Central Stations.

Practical details include a self-check-in service and private access to the whole apartment, though please note there are two flights of stairs leading down to the unit. Check-in is at 3:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM; unauthorized late check-outs or early arrivals will incur charges. Pets are allowed, and a baby cot and high chair are available upon request with at least 48 hours' notice.

• The property is in a residential building; parties, events, celebrations, and hen/stag parties are strictly prohibited.
• A strict policy against loud music and noise is enforced.
• Groups of guests under 25 are unable to be hosted.
• Smoking is strictly prohibited and will incur a deep cleaning charge of £100.
• Lost fobs will be charged at £50 each.
• Parking permits must be returned to the flat upon check-out to avoid a £100 deposit charge.
• Parcels cannot be accepted at the apartment address.
