Practical Info & Rules Check-in is at 2:00 PM and check-out is at 12:00 PM. To comply with building management and Dubai Government Tourism Department regulations, all guests must provide a copy of their passport or Emirates ID, a valid email address, and a reachable phone number.

Important policies include:

• Visitors: Permitted only between 10:00 AM and 6:00 PM.
• Cleaning: A one-time complimentary cleaning is provided for stays longer than 7 days upon request. For shorter stays, cleaning is 50 AED per hour. An extra cleaning fee of 100 AED per hour applies if the unit is left unusually messy.
• Late Check-out: Unapproved late departures are charged at 50 AED per hour.
• Key Cards: Parking and pool/gym access cards must be returned inside the room upon checkout; leaving them with security may result in replacement costs.
• General: Pets are not allowed. Please note that drinking water, detergent, and washing liquid are not provided. Due to the local climate, tap water may run warm during summer months.
