Please note that the double bed has slightly restricted access as there are walls on three sides. Ample storage is provided in both rooms.

The home is defined by beautiful interiors, featuring premium furniture, high-quality finishes, and colourful soft furnishings throughout. The ground floor offers a bright and spacious living room with a sofa and two statement chairs, ideal for unwinding in front of the flat-screen TV. For dining and socializing, the property includes a fully equipped kitchen and dining area with an oven, hob, microwave, toaster, kettle, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, and washing machine. Adding to the tranquility is a light and airy conservatory with a pretty garden outlook, serving as a peaceful haven for sunny days.

Outside, you will find a south-facing garden that acts as a sun trap, filled with roses, rhododendrons, and tropical plants. This bijou setting is fully enclosed with a high fence, making it safe for pets, and is furnished with an outdoor sofa, two chairs, a table for alfresco dining, and two sun loungers.
