This well presented property is designed to ensure a comfortable and memorable stay for up to 6 guests. The home features 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The sleeping arrangements include a master superking bedroom with its own ensuite on the second floor, as well as a superking room and a kingsize room on the first floor. For added flexibility, the super-king size beds can be split into two singles upon request after booking.

The ground floor offers a spacious and bright living area, serving as the perfect social space with two fabric sofas situated around a feature fireplace. This flows directly into a modern, well equipped open-plan kitchen and dining area, providing an ideal spot to enjoy dinner and a bottle of wine while planning your coastal adventures. Additionally, the first floor hosts a cosy snug complete with a wall mounted tv, a two-seater sofa, and a desk for those needing to log on during their stay. The family bathroom on this level is spacious, featuring a bath, basin, WC, and a separate cubicle shower.

Outdoor enthusiasts will appreciate the private outdoor space at the rear, perfect for dining al-fresco and escaping the lively streets, while the front of the home features a small, enclosed grassed area with decorative borders.

Located on the East side of Whitby in the old part of town, the house is surrounded by narrow, medieval streets filled with boutiques, pubs, and fish restaurants. Guests are within easy reach of the famous 199 steps leading to the Church of Saint Mary and the renowned ruined Whitby Abbey. Across the River Esk, you will find the blue flag West Cliff Beach, idyllic beach huts, and Pier Road's arcades and pubs. The Whitby train station is a mere 5 minute walk away, and local bus routes like the X4, X93, and 95 provide easy access to coastal villages such as Sandsend, Staithes, and Scarborough.
