On the second floor, a cosy and relaxing third bedroom awaits, complete with a double bed, chest of drawers, comfortable chairs, sloped ceilings, and skylight windows. The home also includes a modern, spacious family bathroom with a large walk-in shower, plus a convenient separate WC on the ground floor.

Inside, you will find a welcoming living room flooded with light from a large bay window, perfect for relaxing on the sofa or armchairs while enjoying Freeview. The ultra-stylish kitchen features blue cabinets, vintage-style tiles, and is fully equipped for self-catering with an oven, hob, kettle, toaster, microwave, fridge freezer, washing machine, and dishwasher. A light wood dining table with matching benches provides a lovely space for shared meals.

Outside, the property boasts a large, private south-facing patio area for soaking up the sunshine, stunning views across the rooftops, and a large driveway with private on-site parking for two large vehicles.

Located on the West side of Whitby, the cottage is just a one-minute stroll from the famous Skinner Street and its array of shops, restaurants, and bakeries. You are perfectly positioned to explore the blue flag West Cliff Beach and its idyllic beach huts. A short walk over the swing bridge leads to the East bank's medieval streets, the 199 steps to the Church of Saint Mary, and the ruins of Whitby Abbey. For those seeking nature, the North York Moors National Park is nearby for woodland and moorland walks. Whitby train station is a ten-minute walk away, providing easy rail access to the North Yorkshire coast.
