The open-plan living area is the heart of the home, boasting comfortable sofas and a large swivel chair for watching the world go by. On sunny days, bi-fold doors open to a private balcony with outdoor furniture, ideal for a morning coffee or afternoon aperitif. For entertainment, the living room is equipped with a large flat-screen TV with satellite and terrestrial channels, and one of the bedrooms also features its own TV for added privacy.
