Designed for comfort and flexibility, the layout features 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to 6 guests. Each bedroom is a private retreat, featuring a super king-sized bed paired with the plushest pillows and luscious bed linens for an exceptional night's sleep. For added convenience, these super-kings can be converted into large singles upon request during booking. Every bedroom is further enhanced by its own ensuite bathroom and a walk-in wardrobe. Two of the ensuites provide a shower, WC, and basin, while the third offers a relaxing bath with an overhead shower, WC, and basin. A separate WC and wash basin are also conveniently located on the ground floor.

The heart of the home is the fully furnished living room, featuring two sofas, matching armchairs, and footstools all arranged to encourage socializing. The kitchen is generously sized and fully equipped for preparing home-cooked meals, including an oven, grill, kettle, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, and a complete set of cutlery and dinnerware.

Step outside to enjoy the fresh country air in your own private outdoor area. Here, you can enjoy al-fresco dining with loved ones or indulge in the added luxury of the hot tub. For those traveling in a larger group, The Parlour has an adjoining property called The Gathering; reserving both allows for a combined stay of up to 10 guests.

To ensure the protection of the home, guests are required to provide a £250.00 damage deposit (subject to a £10.00 administration charge) or purchase an Accidental Damage Waiver for £25.00, which covers up to £500.00 of accidental damage. Please note that pets are not allowed at this property.
