The first floor houses three bedrooms—featuring two king size beds and one single bed—alongside a family bathroom equipped with a bathtub, separate shower, WC, and wash basin. The second floor is dedicated to a third king size room with the added convenience of an en-suite shower room. For added flexibility, two of the king size beds can be split into singles upon request. Every bed is outfitted with premium bed linens and plush bedding to ensure a great night's sleep.

The ground floor welcomes you with a light and spacious open-plan living, kitchen, and dining area. The living room provides plenty of family space with a large comfy sofa and two chairs, centered around a flat-screen TV. The fully equipped kitchen features modern appliances and offers versatile dining options with both a breakfast bar and a dining table. A convenient downstairs WC is also available. Outside, guests can enjoy a fully enclosed outdoor area boasting a patio and a grassed area, providing a safe and open space for children to play.

For local leisure, you can hire a rowing boat or canoe in the nearby village of Ruswarp, or enjoy a pub lunch at the Plough Inn in Sleights. Ruswarp train station is a 13-minute walk away, offering easy access via the Esk Valley line, and local bus services are available for trips to Lealholm and Whitby.
