For those visiting during the winter months, the open fire adds a wonderful cosy feel to the space. The ground floor also hosts an open-plan kitchen-diner featuring a round wooden dining table with four chairs and a kitchen well equipped with modern appliances. A clean and modern family shower room with a WC and wash basin is located downstairs, while an additional separate WC is available upstairs.

Sleeping arrangements consist of 2 bedrooms and 2 beds, accommodating up to 4 guests. The master bedroom boasts a tranquil king size bed, and the second bedroom offers two singles. As both rooms feature zip and link beds, the cleaning team can adapt the layout to meet your specific needs upon request during booking.

Outside, the property offers a good sized west facing private garden, complete with outdoor seating, a table, and a barbecue. A large outhouse provides a washing machine and ample storage for belongings and bikes, while an outdoor tap and hose are available for cleaning muddy boots and paws.

The town is easily accessible, located just 15 minutes from the A1.

Check-in is from 4:00 PM and check-out is by 10:00 AM. Guests are required to provide a £250.00 Damage Deposit (subject to a £10.00 administration charge) or purchase an Accidental Damage Waiver for £25.00, covering up to £500.00 of accidental damage.
