The residence is thoughtfully configured with 2 bedrooms, 2 beds, and 1 bathroom, comfortably accommodating up to 4 guests. The lower floor is characterized by high ceilings, while the second floor features charming exposed beams. The master bedroom offers a generous space with a king-size bed featuring an Eve mattress, a Smart TV, and a vanity station. The second bedroom provides a standard double bed and a unique hanging rail crafted from driftwood found on the shores of Saltburn beach, offering a calm atmosphere and clear skies to wake up to.

Inside, the living space is a hub of creativity, featuring a lounge area, a workspace, and a smart TV loaded with Netflix. Guests can browse over 50 carefully selected art, fashion, and photography books or enjoy a game on the Pac-Man arcade machine. The kitchen is equipped with a Nespresso machine, a Bose sound dock, and a breakfast bar for convenient dining. Artistic touches are found everywhere, from the unique striped floor in the hallway to the reading area on the landing featuring bespoke furniture by local artist Adam Clarke.
