The second bedroom provides two full-size beds, while the living room includes a full-size sleeper sofa, making it an ideal choice for families or groups of friends.

Practical information for your stay: Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. Guests are kindly asked to arrive between 4:00 PM and 5:00 PM, as extra charges apply after 5:00 PM. Please note that pets are not allowed. A non-refundable security deposit of US $39 plus taxes (totaling US $42.12) is required, providing $400 USD in coverage for unintentional damages. To maintain the quality of the home, smoking inside the property, parties, excessive noise, and the possession of hazardous substances are strictly prohibited. Guests are financially and legally responsible for any intentional damages or theft.
