This sunny, upper-level loft is tucked into the heart of Pierpont Beach in Ventura, California, located just 9 houses from the sand. With its vaulted ceilings and refreshing ocean air, this cozy one-bedroom hideaway is ideal for solo travelers, couples, or small families looking to slow down and enjoy the coast. Housed in an old-school 4-unit apartment building with cosmetic upgrades, it offers the perfect vintage-beach getaway experience.

This sweet loft is designed for a carefree stay, keeping things simple and comfortable whether you are curling up after a day in the sun or heading out for local tacos and a cold drink. The sleeping arrangements include one bedroom featuring a queen bed with a dresser, closet, USB ports, and a Smart TV. For additional guests, the living area includes a futon that converts to a full-size bed, with fresh linens, pillows, and bedding conveniently provided in a storage bin. The bathroom features a shower/tub combination along with fluffy towels and essential bath amenities like shampoo, conditioner, and body wash.

The Ventura Pier, Marina Park, and beachfront bike paths are all within biking or walking distance, while the Ventura Harbor Village is a short ride away for whale watching and kayaking.

Practical Info & Rules: Check-in is from 4:00 PM to 11:00 PM and check-out is by 11:00 AM. Pets are allowed with a $25 per dog, per stay fee. Please note that as this is a 4-unit building with shared walls, ceilings, and floors, a noise machine and earplugs are provided for sensitive guests. There is no street parking available; only the one designated carport space is provided. After booking, guests must digitally sign the occupancy agreement to trigger the release of check-in information and access to the Guest Portal.
