While there is no internal access between the units, guests have full use of all rooms and items on the premises. The sleeping arrangements are generous, featuring 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. To accommodate up to 14 guests, the home provides 2 King beds, 2 Queen beds, 4 Single beds, and 1 Queen sofa bed. The upstairs unit is the larger of the two, ensuring a comfortable layout for everyone in your party.

While general amenities are limited, the home is fully equipped for modern living with 4 TVs featuring Cable, Amazon Prime, and YouTube, alongside high-speed 300 MBPS Wi-Fi. For those traveling with little ones, the home is baby-friendly, providing a Pack n Play and high chair. Outdoor living is a highlight here, with three large patios equipped with dining sets and six chairs, and a new propane BBQ grill for alfresco meals.

Located in a car-dependent neighborhood, you are perfectly positioned to explore the region. You are just a 4 to 5-minute drive from downtown Mont-Tremblant and less than 10 minutes from the Tremblant resort, the old village, and St-Jovite. For outdoor enthusiasts, the home is situated near bike paths, ski hills, and is only an 8-minute drive from the Mont Tremblant Ski Resort.

To ensure a pleasant stay for all, please adhere to the following house rules: check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. No pets are allowed. To protect the hardwood floors, please remove shoes upon entry and do not drag luggage inside. Food is prohibited on the couch and in bedrooms. Smoking, cannabis, or illegal substances are strictly forbidden anywhere on the property; violations will result in a $250 remediation fee. Please be mindful of noise as there are other tenants in a separate apartment on the property. Guests must clean their dishes, cover the BBQ grill after use, and manage garbage via the provided green, blue, gray, and brown bins. A refundable damage deposit ranging from $150 to $500 is required after booking, and a $50 per guest per day fee applies to any undisclosed guests. Makeup should be removed using provided black towels or pads rather than white towels.
