PARKING / Authorized Vehicles: o Please Park ONLY in the driveway/parking area assigned to your unit. No more than 2 vehicles per unit, subject to towing by the HOA if blocking other units or the road. o Trailer Parking: Not allowed in Ocean Isle. Please contact if you plan to bring a trailer. o Never block someone’s access to their parking area. o Parking is NOT allowed on the paved streets, grass, or gravel area. Excess parking for guests may be found along the service road. o No driving (vehicle or bicycle) in the grass, as this may damage the sprinkler system. Damaged sprinkler heads result in a $50.00 fine per sprinkler head. o PROHIBITED: Commercial vehicles, commercial vans, or commercial trailers. o No golf carts or recreational vehicles are allowed on property except for use by mangers and maintenance.

Gate Access Card: o You must initially enter the property using the call box. Please select the unit number and call the PRIMARY or SECONDARY numbers only. Your gate card will be located inside the home by the door. o Use the Gate Access Card to access the gated community by vehicle. Do not lose or damage the pass.
 A $150.00 fee will be charged for gate cards that are damaged, lost or not left in the home at check-out.  You must report any missing gate cards immediately.  This card is the only card assigned to this unit and any guest after your stay will not have access if lost or damaged.

CHECK OUT: 10:00am, sharp. No late check-outs due to third-party cleaning schedule. PLEASE BE CONSIDERATE TO OTHER GUESTS. Check outs after 10AM will be charged 100% of the nightly fee. o TRASH & Recycle-- Commercial size bins located behind the gate at the NW corner of resort.  Please ensure all trash is bagged.  If there is a personal trash can under the home, please ensure that is emptied at check-out  Do not leave any trash outside the home, as it can attract unwanted pests.  If your home has an outdoor freezer, please empty upon check-out. o DISHES: Dishes must be clean upon checkout. Those that are clean are to be put away; those in the dishwasher (started & running) can be left for the cleaning crew. o LINENS: Do not take any linens or towels home with you. Please place any dirty towels in a pile near the washer. Please check to make sure all pool towels are returned to the home ($10 replacement fee per pool towel). o AC/LIGHTS: Please turn all AC units to 78 degrees Fahrenheit and turn off all lights. Do not turn the AC unit off at check-out. o GATE CARDS: Return to location by the front door. A $150.00 fee will be charged for unreturned gate cards.

AC UNIT: You may adjust to you comfort level during. Do not leave the windows or doors open with the AC running.

PET RESTRICTIONS: No pets allowed on the Ocean Isles property or within the home. Screening of service animals by a 3rd party may be requested.

QUIET HOURS: We kindly ask you to be mindful of other owners and guests at the property during your stay. The property has quiet hours from 11PM-8AM to provide for the quiet enjoyment of the guests and owners. Please, please, please...no late-night parties, playing music or loud talking outside after 11pm, etc.

AGE RESTRICTIONS: Families are welcomed in our vacation rentals. The minimum age requirement to rent is 25 years old. Everyone in your party must be 25 years old, unless accompanied by a parent or guardian, who is over the age of 25. o Children under the age of 12 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian while on Ocean Isles grounds.

Long-Term Guests:
For stays longer than 30 nights, each guest in the home must complete a background check for the Ocean Isles Fishing Village HOA with a $50.00 fee per guest.

OCCUPANCY: No additional guests other than those accepted at time of booking. Individuals not staying at the property are not allowed inside the unit. Exceeding nightly occupancy limit could result in immediate eviction from the property at your expense. (Maximum Occupancy: 1 bedroom = 4 guests, 2 bedroom = 6 guests)

EVENT RESTRICTIONS: No bachelor or bachelorette parties inside the condo. If guests are found to have had a party at the residence without permission, a $500 fee will be charged. In the unfortunate event of the disruptions alerting neighbors, then GUESTS WILL BE ASKED TO VACATE THE PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY.

Ocean Isles Fishing Village Grounds and Common Areas: o Speed Limit: 5 MPH. Be aware of children, walkers, and bikers. o Any common furniture moved must be placed back at its original location. No furniture is to be left at the seawall/water’s edge. o No draping of linens over balcony railings or clothes lines allowed. o Please ensure you pick up after yourselves and pets. There is no on-site staff to clean up after you. o All personal items (kayaks, crab or fishing equipment, bicycles, etc.) must be kept below the unit. o Alcoholic beverages under the unit must be kept concealed by placing in a cooler or storage cabinet.
o Do not place any items in the grass areas. o Do not leave laundry in the coin washer(s)/dryer(s) unattended and be considerate of others.
o Do NOT feed cats, birds, or other wild animals. o Guests and/or renters may not use the boat ramp or marina facilities except to fish from the dock or launch personal kayaks/canoes (no motorized vessel launch).  Please clean up the bait cutting boards and hoses when finished using o No wheeled vehicles (bikes, trikes, scooters, etc.) allowed on the dock.

POOL: Pool rules and hours are posted and listed at the pool. o Hours: dawn to dusk. o No lifeguard. Swim at your own risk. o Absolutely NO GLASS or food at or by the pool at any time.  Reasonably casual rule for canned drinks on deck, but please clean up so insects are not an issue. No drinks allowed in the pool itself. o Pool floats are restricted to a reasonably sized, single person float.
o Return pool furniture to their original positions and close & tie umbrellas after use. Do not use umbrellas on very windy days.

RECREATION ROOM /GRILLS/BATHROOMS: Communal use- please clean up after yourself and leave as if your own home. You must clean the grill after use, turn off the propane tank, and return cleaned grill utensils. Turn off all lights and TV’s to recreation room if used.

Do not engage in illegal activities anywhere on property, applies to both drugs and internet activity. If guests are suspected of carrying and/or using illegal drugs of any kind, the authorities will be engaged, and GUESTS WILL BE ASKED TO VACATE THE PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY.
