This specialized workspace includes private high-speed internet, an Uplift standing desk and work chair, a 34-inch Samsung ultra-wide monitor, a Blue Yeti professional podcast microphone, a Logitech webcam, speakers, keyboard, and mouse. House Rules: This is a non-smoking community. The property is pet-friendly (maximum 2 pets), with a $100 monthly pet rent per pet; weight and breed restrictions apply. Booking is contingent upon identity verification, credit and background checks, and proof of income. Deep cleaning beyond normal wear and tear will be billed at a professional rate.
