This fully furnished apartment is custom designed for the remote worker seeking a productive environment. The layout features 1 bedroom with 1 queen size mattress, 1 bathroom, and accommodates up to 2 guests. The interior is defined by floor-to-ceiling windows and a private balcony, while the home office is a standout feature, equipped with an Uplift standing desk and ergonomic chair, a Samsung 34-inch ultra-wide monitor, Blue Yeti microphone, Logitech webcam and peripherals, Bose speakers, an LED streaming light, green screen, and a TOTU 16-in-1 Triple Display USB-C 3.1 Docking Station. Please note that the laptop computer is not included in the setup.

Check-in is at 3:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. Pets are not allowed. Parking is available at $25 per day (max $200 per calendar month). Public EV charging is available on a first-come, first-served basis.

Additional fees apply for scheduling adjustments: Early check-in (10am-3pm) is $75; before 10am is one full night's rent. Late check-in after 9pm is $120. Late check-out (11am-3pm) is $75; after 3pm is one full night's rent. Booking requires identity verification, a credit/background check, and proof of income. Deep cleaning beyond normal use will incur additional professional charges.
