This professional suite includes a Samsung 34-inch ultra-wide monitor, an Uplift standing desk and ergonomic chair, a Blue Yeti microphone, Logitech webcam, keyboard, and mouse, Bose computer speakers, an LED streaming light, a green screen, a laptop stand, and a TOTU 16-in-1 Triple Display USB-C 3.1 Docking Station. Please note that the laptop computer itself is not included in the setup.

Early/Late Access Fees:

• Early check-in (10am-3pm): $75
• Early check-in (before 10am): 1 full night's rent
• Late check-out (11am-3pm): $75
• Late check-out (after 3pm): 1 full night's rent Note: Late check-outs must be requested at least 48 hours in advance.

Booking is contingent upon identity verification and a credit/background check within 24 hours. Proof of income may be required. Please be aware that deep cleaning beyond normal use will be billed at a professional rate.
