• Parking: Secure garage parking is subject to availability. Assigned parking is charged at $25 per day, with a maximum of $200 per calendar month. EV parking is also subject to availability.
• Early/Late Fees: Early check-in (10am–3pm) is $75; before 10am is 1 night’s rent. Late check-in after 9pm is $120. Late check-out (11am–3pm) is $75; after 3pm is 1 night’s rent.

Booking is contingent upon completing identity verification, a credit and background check, and providing proof of income within 24 hours. Please be aware that deep cleaning beyond normal use will be billed at a professional cleaning rate.
