Your booking confirmation is contingent upon completing the required verification steps within 24 hours of booking. To begin, please search for Anyplace, create your account, and complete your ID verification through the Anyplace portal. Once verified, kindly provide your last name via Airbnb chat and confirm once all steps have been completed so we can advise on the next steps.
Background checks are required for guests holding a US-issued ID. Proof of income may also be requested. Accepted documents include a recent pay stub, a bank statement dated within the last three months, or a letter of employment in PDF format. For international guests, equivalent documentation may be requested. Failure to complete these steps within 24 hours, or failure to meet the minimum eligibility requirements, may result in the cancellation of your reservation. Early or late check-ins and check-outs are subject to an additional fee.
Deep cleaning beyond normal use—such as stain removal, carpet shampooing, odor remediation, or any cleaning requiring significantly more time than our standard turnover—is not covered by the standard exit cleaning. Any additional charges will be documented with photos and billed at our professional cleaning rate.
