Designed for large groups, the chalet features 5 bedrooms and 5 beds, comfortably accommodating up to 16 guests across 3 bathrooms. The interior is centered around warmth and conviviality, boasting a large living room with a cozy fireplace and a modern kitchen fully equipped for group meals. For entertainment and relaxation, guests can enjoy a convivial evening around the pool table or unwind in the private SPA after a day of adventure.

Step outside onto the terrace to take in the breathtaking views of the surrounding countryside. The property is nestled between mountains and rivers, placing you at the heart of the region's premier activities. Within minutes, you can access the Val Saint-Côme tourist resort with its 36 downhill ski trails and the Chute-à-Bull regional park, featuring an 18-metre waterfall and bat cave. For more exploration, visit the Au Canot Volant for kayaking on the Rivière L'Assomption, or explore 15 km of mountain and fatbike trails at Parc Louis-Philippe-De-Grandpré. • Security Deposit: A $1,000 hold is placed on your credit card 24 hours before arrival and released after inspection.
• House Rules: Parties are strictly prohibited to maintain a positive relationship with neighbors. The BBQ is maintained during the summer season only.

Pet Policy: We welcome one sterilized dog (over 1 year old) with prior authorization. A fee of $100 per animal per stay (or $200 per month for long-term stays) applies. To ensure the quality of the home, dogs are not permitted on furniture or in bedrooms, must not cause noise pollution, and guests must vacuum floors and couches at the end of their stay. Excrement must be picked up at all times to avoid additional fees.
