Practical Information:

• Check-in: 5:00 PM

• Security Deposit: A $1,000 deposit is placed on hold 24 hours before arrival and released after inspection.
• Rules: Parties are strictly prohibited; excessive noise detection devices are installed to maintain neighborly relations. The BBQ is maintained during the summer only.

Dog Policy: Pets are welcome with prior authorization under strict conditions: one sterilized dog only (must be over 1 year old). Additional fees apply ($100 per stay or $200 per month). Dogs are not permitted on furniture or in bedrooms and must not cause noise pollution. Guests are required to pick up all excrement and vacuum floors and couches at the end of the stay.
