The largest of these suites offers direct access to the ocean-facing deck and includes a dedicated workspace. On the upper level, guests will find a Queen master suite with its own full bath, a bunk room featuring a queen-sized bunk with a trundle, and a second bunk room with two twin bunk beds.

Living spaces are designed for connection and comfort. The main level boasts a living area with three large leather sofas and a large-screen Smart TV, along with a unique Game/Reading Room nook that provides a surrounding view of the ocean. The chef's kitchen is a highlight, featuring granite countertops, a large island, and high-end appliances including an air-fryer and large shrimp/crab boil pots. A dedicated coffee bar provides Starbucks Keurig cups and ground coffee to start your mornings right.

Outdoor living is where this property truly shines. Guests can relax on the huge outdoor deck with seating for 18, including porch swings, or climb the Crows Nest Lookout Tower for an elevated view of the coast. The downstairs area includes a propane grill, a splinter-free picnic table, and a private hot/cold outdoor shower. For active groups, a beach volleyball net is set up in the huge backyard, and the garage is stocked with beach accessories like tents, chairs, and wagons.

• Pets: Dogs are welcome (more than one requires host approval) with a $150 fee per animal. A gated dog kennel is available under the house.
