While the structured amenities list is minimal, the property provides a refined interior experience including high ceilings, sleek marble floors, floor-to-ceiling windows, and a gourmet kitchen with quartz countertops, modern appliances, and a Nespresso machine. • Occupancy: Maximum 4 guests (strictly enforced)
• Policies: No pets allowed. Smoking is strictly prohibited throughout the building and units. Visitors are not permitted in common areas; only registered guests may use amenities. Wristbands must be worn throughout the stay.
• Deposits: A security deposit is required at check-in and released following a departure inspection.
• Additional fees apply for the 3rd and 4th guests.
