Escape to the coast and relax in this 3rd floor Balcony Suite, where you can enjoy a fabulous ocean view in the heart of St. Augustine, Florida. This inviting getaway is designed for comfort and ease, making it the perfect sanctuary for your next beach trip.

The suite features a thoughtful layout with 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, and a total of 1 bed, comfortably accommodating up to 4 guests. The private bedroom is lovely in beige and comes equipped with a queen bed, a ceiling fan for your comfort, and a small 19" TV. For additional guests, the living room offers a queen sleeper sofa featuring a memory foam sleeper mattress and a 32" flat screen TV. To enhance the feel of the space, mirrored walls provide a more spacious appearance, while tiled floors ensure the unit is easy to keep clean. A new sliding glass door allows for a lovely ocean view while keeping the ocean winds quiet.

Guests have access to a full kitchen, which includes a 4 burner stove with oven for preparing home-cooked meals. The bathroom has been recently upgraded, featuring a new walk-in shower installed in December 2025. The bedroom also includes a closet enclosed with mirrored doors for your convenience.

Located in the north section of the building, this suite is welcoming to your furry companions. Small pets are allowed, with a maximum of two pets permitted. Please note there is a non-refundable fee of $75 per pet.
