To ensure a smooth arrival, please contact your host, Gerardo Lopez, with your estimated arrival time to assist with check-in. Please note that while the resort provides handicap access, the condo itself does not. Check-in is scheduled between 4:00 PM and 7:00 PM, and check-out is by 11:00 AM. Any requests for early check-in, late check-in, or late check-out are subject to availability, must be approved in advance by KIVOYA, and incur a fee of USD $20 per hour. Pets are not allowed. Guests are responsible for complying with all property and condominium regulations; violations may result in fines ranging from USD $50 to USD $1,000, plus the cost of any damages or extraordinary cleaning required.
