Practical Info & Rules Check-in is from 4:00 PM onwards, and check-out is by 11:00 AM. Late check-outs between 11:00 AM and 1:00 PM incur a $40 fee. A fully refundable security deposit of 600 USD is collected before check-in. Pets are welcome for an additional fee of $10 per night. Smoking of any kind and parties are strictly prohibited, with a $300 penalty for smoking violations. Guests must be at least 21 years old to book. Electricity is included for stays under 28 nights; longer stays are charged at $6 MXN per KW and require a security deposit. Please be aware that daytime construction noise may be audible due to local development.
