The property is equipped with a high-end osmosis water filtration system, providing pure drinking water directly in your home.

Located in a high-growth area of Tulum, guests are immersed in a vibrant environment. Please note that construction noise may be audible during daytime hours from Monday through Saturday.

Practical Info & Rules: Check-in is from 4:00 PM onwards, and check-out is by 11:00 AM. A fully refundable security deposit of 500 USD is collected before check-in. Pets are welcome with an additional cleaning fee. Guests must be at least 21 years old to book. Smoking, parties, and excessive noise are strictly prohibited, with a 300 USD penalty for smoking.

Electricity is included for short-term stays (under 28 nights). For long-term rentals of 28 nights or more, electricity is charged at 6 MXN per KW, and a security deposit is required. For these long-term stays, one mandatory complimentary monthly cleaning is included. We kindly ask guests to help us save energy by keeping the AC at 25°C and turning off lights when leaving the property.
