The second bedroom mirrors this luxury with its own brand new king-size bed, air conditioning, balcony, and ensuite bathroom. For additional guests, the living room includes a brand new queen-size sofa bed with balcony access. Both bathrooms are full baths featuring rain showers and complete amenities.

One of the standout features of this property is the private rooftop with its own jacuzzi, allowing you to relax with panoramic views. Please note the jacuzzi heats automatically twice daily (afternoon and evening) to a maximum of 113°F, and glass is prohibited in the tub due to safety and noise restrictions.

• A refundable security deposit of 600 USD is collected before check-in
• Electricity is included for stays under 28 nights; long-term stays are charged at $6 MXN per KW and require an additional security deposit
