The sleeping arrangements include a front double bedroom equipped with a built-in wardrobe, dressing table, and Smart Freeview TV, while two additional bedrooms each feature bunk beds and chests of drawers.

The interior beautifully blends original character with modern convenience. The ground floor boasts underfloor heating throughout, including the living/dining area where a wood-burning stove is inset in a feature slate fireplace. This inviting space is furnished with a three-seater settee, armchair, and an L-shaped sofa. The fully equipped kitchen features heated slate flooring, a Nespresso Vertuo coffee machine, and a full suite of appliances. A modern bathroom provides a walk-in power shower and a one-touch light-up mirror.

Outside, guests can enjoy a pretty, secluded terrace area shared with neighboring cottages, as well as an exclusive, fully enclosed rear garden reached via a shingle path. The garden is set into the hillside across three terraced levels, providing a lovely natural outdoor space.

Located in a secluded terrace set back from the main square, you are just a hop, skip, and a jump away from the local beach, shops, pubs, and restaurants. The nearby sandy beach offers a family-friendly area for sandcastles and crabbing, as well as a pet-friendly stretch extending for several miles.

• Parking: One free parking permit is provided for "Pay & Display" car parks in Aberdovey and other Gwynedd Council car parks.
• Pets: Two large or three small dogs are welcome. Please keep pets off furniture and do not leave them unattended. Waste must be disposed of in the green bin.
• House Rules: No smoking or vaping is permitted inside the property.
• Important Note: The toilet is located downstairs while bedrooms are upstairs; this property may not be suitable for guests with mobility issues. Guests must bring their own logs, kindling, and firelighters for the stove.
