Designed for comfort and group gatherings, the lodge features 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, accommodating up to 9 guests. The sleeping arrangements are curated for a peaceful rest, featuring high-quality linens and room-darkening shades:

• Primary Bedroom (Upstairs): Queen bed, closet, and private balcony
• Bedroom 2 (Upstairs): Queen bed and closet
• Bedroom 3 (Downstairs): Queen bed, closet, blackout curtains, and a private ensuite full bathroom
• Bedroom 4 (Downstairs): Three twin beds, closet, and blackout curtains

The living space is centered around a cozy couch and a roaring wood-burning fireplace, perfect for kicking back after a day of adventure. Guests can enjoy the 55" Smart TV with cable or challenge each other to board games. Practical details for your stay:

• Check-in: 4:00 PM | Check-out: 10:00 AM
• Parking: Driveway accommodates up to four small-to-mid-size vehicles or two large vehicles
• Rules: No pets allowed. No smoking or vaping permitted on the property ($300 fee for odors). Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM; a noise monitor is installed.
• Restrictions: No parties or events. Maximum occupancy is 9 people. Due to two sets of steep, slim staircases, this space may not be suitable for young children or those with mobility issues.
• Important: Access to Panorama Mountain Resort's village amenities (pools, gym, etc.) is not included. Guests are responsible for taking garbage to the Panorama Transfer Station upon departure to avoid a $50 fee.
