Important Resort Note: The Daytona Beach Resort is currently undergoing restoration and improvement projects following 2022 hurricane damage. Guests may notice ongoing work in exterior and common areas. Specifically, seawall construction is ongoing and may create daytime noise, dust, or equipment activity, particularly on the south side of the property. Despite these resort-wide improvements, the condo itself remains clean, comfortable, and fully operational for your enjoyment.
