Sleeping arrangements include a king-size bed in the primary bedroom and a queen bed in the second bedroom. The interior is elevated by modern elegance with hard surface flooring throughout the entire unit. Guests can enjoy a recently updated full-size kitchen equipped with granite countertops, a breakfast bar, and new stainless steel appliances. For outdoor relaxation, the spacious L-shaped balcony offers a delightful setting to unwind and soak in the atmosphere.

While the structured amenities are limited, the property is situated in a prime location overlooking the events plaza at the entry to the Village of Baytowne Wharf. You are just steps away from a vibrant collection of restaurants, shops, live entertainment venues, and family fun zones. The resort experience is further enhanced by easy access to the Baytowne Marina, Spa Lilliana at Hotel Effie, the Tennis Center, and Jolee Island, with the beach accessible via a quick tram ride.

Practical details for your stay include a check-in time of 4:00 PM and a check-out time of 10:00 AM. Please be advised that you must be at least twenty-five (25) years of age to book a reservation. To ensure the quality of the home, all units are strictly non-smoking; a $500 penalty will be assessed for smoking inside the unit. Pets are not allowed in this specific accommodation.

Upon arrival, a physical card is required for incidental authorizations. A $100 daily hold (up to a maximum of $500) will be applied for damages or remaining fees, with unused funds released after check-out. Please note that debit card releases may take 7-10 business days. Additionally, only golf carts registered with the Owner Association are permitted on resort grounds.
