While general property amenities are limited, the unit offers specific room details such as tastefully decorated interiors and a private balcony with sweeping Gulf views. Guests have access to the building's modern coastal-inspired lobby and a limited fitness room. The property is situated on the powdery, white sands of the Emerald Coast, providing direct beach access and proximity to a Gulf-front pool. You are just moments away from the resort's bike paths, golf courses, tennis courts, and the lively Village of Baytowne Wharf, as well as a nearby restaurant and tiki bar.

• Check-out: 10:00 AM
• Age Requirement: Guests must be at least 25 years of age to book.
• Pets: Not allowed.
• Smoking: All units are non-smoking; a $500 penalty applies for violations.
• Incidental Hold: A physical card is required at check-in for a $100 daily hold (up to $500) to cover damages or fees.
• Golf Carts: Only those registered with the Owner Association are permitted on resort grounds.
• Cancellations: Please cancel or change reservations at least 8 days before arrival.

Note: A pool renovation is currently underway at Beachside Tower Two, and beach access from the building is temporarily closed. Guests may use alternative beach access near the Beach House restaurant and pool access at the Bayside and Phil Hummel pools.
