Practical Information and House Rules: Check-in is from 3:00 PM and check-out is strictly 11:00 AM. To ensure a seamless arrival, a 100 GBP security deposit is required via a pre-authorization link sent two days before check-in; the lockbox code is released once this is received. This deposit is automatically refunded after check-out, subject to property inspection.
